1. SHIPPING METHODS

1.1. Matkahuolto Bus COD (Bussiennakko)

Bus COD is similar to postal COD. A parcel sent by Bus COD is released to the recipient only once they have paid the advance amount marked on the sender’s address card. The parcel is transported to the parcel point closest to the recipient’s address, or one chosen by the sender, within 1-3 business days. Uncollected parcels are the customer’s responsibility and the customer is liable for any resulting fees.

NOTE: We do not ship fuels, oils or other flammable products by post or Matkahuolto.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Online banking

The payment and financing service for online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment and remits it to the merchant. From the user’s perspective, the service works just like traditional online banking.

2.2 Invoice

Available only to invoice customers with an active invoicing account. To open an account, please contact us at info@puunkaatokauppa.fi.

2.3 Klarna

For payments we use Klarna Bank AB, which is integrated into our online store via the Kustom Checkout by Klarna solution. Klarna offers several payment options, including invoice, instalments, online banking and card payment.

The integration has been carried out together with Klarna and payment takes place directly within the checkout process without separate redirects.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all customs regulations and to cover any related costs. TAX AND VAT DISCLAIMER

Arbshop.fi does not handle or administer taxes, VAT or similar charges for international customers. All such charges, where applicable, are solely the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that additional taxes or VAT may be charged when your order arrives in your country, and handling these charges is your responsibility where required.

3. WARRANTY

Our products come with a manufacturer-issued warranty that is product-specific and varies by product.

4. RETURNS

All our products carry a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery. Returns must always be agreed with us in advance. Please contact us by email (info@puunkaatokauppa.fi) before returning a product. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. All return costs are paid by the returning party unless otherwise mutually agreed.

5. DAMAGED PARCEL

If the shipment is broken or its packaging damaged, file a written damage report immediately with the freight carrier (e.g. Matkahuolto). We are not liable for damages caused during transport.

Arbshop.fi reserves the right to change prices and information in the online store. We will inform the customer of any such changes before dispatching the product.
