We receive and store information from your computer, phone, browser, IP address, and software and hardware details.
This data is used to personalise your customer experience and our marketing and to meet each customer’s individual needs so that visiting our site is as customer-friendly as possible. The information we collect helps us develop our sites and improve our offering to match our customers’ wishes. With this data, customer service runs more smoothly and each customer receives more personalised help when needed. Communication with customers, contests, campaigns, and other useful information are all enabled by this collected data.
We store the profile data of registered users (if any). All users have the option to view, edit, or delete their own personal data at any time. Only the username cannot be changed. Site administrators can view and edit user profile data.

Leaving comments on our site
When site users leave comments on the site, we collect the data in the comment form, the user’s IP address, and browser version information to help detect spam.
When visitors leave a comment on this site we collect the data shown in the comment fields, the IP address, and browser version information. An anonymous hash created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are a user of that service. Visitor comments may be reviewed through an automated spam-prevention service.
Even if a customer’s other data is deleted from our databases at their request, public comments and reviews will remain visible. We do not remove comments or product reviews unless their content is contrary to good taste or the law. If you leave a comment or review, the comment/review and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Media
If you upload images to our site, you should avoid uploading images that contain location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download and view location data from any images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on the site, you can opt in to having your name, email address, and URL stored in a cookie. This is for convenience so you do not need to fill in the form again whenever you leave another comment. The cookie data is removed from your browser after one year.
If you have an account and log in to the site, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser supports cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is removed when you close your browser window.
When you log in we also set several cookies that store your login information and display preferences. Login cookies are removed within two days, and display-preference cookies are removed after one year. If you select “Remember me” when logging in, your login details are retained for two weeks. If you publish or edit an article we save a cookie in your browser that contains the ID of the article being edited. This cookie expires after one day.
